We take the utmost care to ensure that all items are carefully inspected and shipped in perfect condition.
However, if you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product in good condition, except in the following cases:
- If you fail to contact us regarding the defect or issue within 7 days of receiving the product.
- If any accessories or parts of the item are missing due to customer’s responsibility.
- If the product is damaged or soiled due to customer’s misuse or negligence.
- If the brand name tag or quality label has been removed from the product.
- If the product has been used, worn, or tried on outdoors.
- If the product has been altered, repaired, or washed.
- In any other case where we determine that the item cannot be accepted for exchange under similar circumstances.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
After receiving our confirmation, kindly return the item to us. Return shipping costs will be covered by our store.
Please note that even in the case of defective items, refunds or price reductions are not available.
If the replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
Refunds for credit card purchases will be processed in accordance with the policies of your credit card company.
Once your order has been confirmed, we cannot accept cancellations, changes, or returns due to customer preferences.
